Bridge Road Brewers | Beechworth

Whenever we visit Bright, we always find the time to squeeze in a little love for Beechworth; especially when a visit to Bridge Road Brewers is on the To-Do list! 🙂

We didn’t eat anything, but hey – it’s a brewery! There was beer to be had! But alas, we didn’t have a lot of time in Beechworth this visit, as we were headed back to Bright in a couple of hours, so hubby got the Beer Paddle ($15.80) of eight to quickly test drive the brewery’s wares.

Can either of us remember what those eight beers were?
No, but we have put our two furry heads together and think this is what hubby had:

8 x Beer Paddle

Bridge Road Golden Ale
Beechworth Pale Ale
Bling – India Pale Ale
Celtic Red Ale
Plus 3 other darker brews….of which, we cannot remember their names. But that’s probably because hubby doesn’t fancy dark ales 😉  Suffice to say the pale and lighter beers were among the favourites.

All in all, Bridge Road Brewers is a quirky little spot, tucked away off the main street of Beechworth – with a good atmosphere and lots of ale to drink – a definite must-visit if you’re head to that part of the world!

The Two Bears are a fun-loving married couple of more years than we care to share, ha! Our travels allow Wifey Bear (a vegetarian) and Hubby bear (a carnivore) the opportunity to explore the mysteries of this amazing planet while trying out new & exciting food! #biglove
